The fifth-generation Camaro had a pretty special connection to Oshawa — it was built right here in Ontario at GM’s Oshawa Assembly Plant.
That made Camaro Nationals 2011 feel especially appropriate, with the event bringing enthusiasts together at the very place these cars were being produced. It wasn’t just another Camaro show; it was a chance to celebrate the fifth-gen on home turf, surrounded by the people, cars and factory history that made it happen.
For a Camaro fan, it was a pretty cool place to be.
