The last time I made it to Fright Fest at La Ronde was in 2012, which is frankly far too long ago.
There is something special about an amusement park after dark once Halloween takes over — rides running in the night, fog, monsters wandering around and that perfect mixture of carnival energy and creepy atmosphere. Looking back, I genuinely can’t believe I’ve let this many years go by without getting back there.
